LEGAL NOTICE
Versus Versace timepieces are distributed within the United States and its territories and sold by authorized dealers only. Any timepiece purchased at an authorized dealer includes a 2 year limited warranty. Versus Versace and Direct Luxury can neither guarantee the authenticity, nor honor the warranty, of any timepiece purchased from any source other than an authorized dealer.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All Versus Versace timepieces are warranted by Vertime SA for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers any damages occurring as a direct result of a factory defect in the material and/or workmanship at the time of purchase. The warranty is only valid if your timepiece was purchased from an authorized dealer and if the warranty card has been completed, signed and stamped by the dealer. A copy of your sales receipt and completed warranty card are required to fulfill warranty service requests.
We are not able to offer warranty service on damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any of the following scenarios:
• Accidental damage
• Improper use or tampering
• Reasonable wear and tear
• Water damage
• Theft
• Loss
Also excluded from coverage under warranty are the battery, crystal glass, crown, pusher, and strap or bracelet.
