The warranty covers any damages occurring as a direct result of a factory defect in the material and/or workmanship at the time of purchase. Excluded from coverage are damages resulting from accidents, improper use, loss, reasonable wear and tear, or theft. Also excluded from coverage are the bracelet or strap, crystal glass, crown, pusher and battery.
